By accessing or using WxLink (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WxLink is a social platform for storm chasers to share chase reports, outlooks, education content, and connect with other chasers. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant WxLink a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Service. You represent that you have the right to share any content you post.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to harass, threaten, spam, or post illegal, harmful, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.
6. Weather & Safety
WxLink is for informational and community purposes. Content on the Service is not a substitute for official weather forecasts or emergency guidance. Always follow local authorities and NWS for life-threatening situations.
7. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes where feasible.
